Ok, so a few weeks ago, we processed chickens. Most people think that it's very gross. And while it is a little on the unclean side, it's not nearly as bad as you would think. Plus, it's FUN! Yes, de-gutting chickens ( I don't do that job) and getting blood and feathers all over you can be enjoyable! When you do it with good friends, and laugh the whole time, it's not bad at all.

The eviscerating table. In the background is the killer. The one who did the dirtiest, cruelest job. *tear.* It was so harsh, so undeserved.But then again, they do taste amazing...

Ah, reminds me of those days when we did our chickens ourselves. Except that it was about 200 over the course of 3ish days. (That was not my favorite...um, chore. :D)
