As some of you may know, I've been off of gluten for a few weeks now. And in that period, it's been somewhat of a challenge to find things to eat beyond an apple or a banana. Thanks to an awesome cookbook a friend gave me, and some unusual ingredients, I have found it. I've found the muffin that will be my snack and my comfort.
The sun will rise in the morning, folks, BECAUSE I HAVE SOMETHING FOR BREAKFAST.
